DARK HORSE SECURITY AGENCY, INC. was duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 25, 2013 under SEC Registration No. CS201420797.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has granted the agency a Regular License To Operate (LTO No. PSA-R-14-166562-4590) on June 21, 2021.  It is authorized to manage and operate private security, detective and investigative services nationwide pursuant to Republic Act No. 5487 otherwise known as the “Private Security Law”.  

The registered office of the Company which is also its principal place of business is located at Unit 501 Milandre Centre, 982 Quezon Avenue, Paligsahan, Quezon City.

The management of DARK HORSE SECURITY AGENCY is composed of a team of young, competitive, sincere, dedicated and highly motivated security professionals with skills and competencies in the different fields of expertise and disciplines.
